Who is FrAMchise Day 2010 for?
FrAMchise Day 2010 is for American franchise companies wishing to expand into the Czech Republic and neighbouring Central European countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine) and are looking for partners (investors) who would develop the national, regional, or local markets under the franchise brand.
FrAMchise Day 2010 is for American franchise brands already presented on the Czech market and seeking other investors as a franchisee who would operate separate business units.
FrAMchise Day 2010 is for national or regional franchise license holders who wish to present a reputable brand, its high quality, and attractive products, and who are looking for new customers and coworkers.

Who can you meet at FrAMchise Day 2010?
At FrAMchise Day 2010 you can meet people with a strong interest in buying certain franchises or those who are searching for one.

Exhibition area for trade-show
The trade show of American franchise brands at FrAMchise Day 2010 will take place in two large conference halls Bohemia, Moravia and in the foyer (Pre-Function Area) on the first floor of the Prague Marriott Hotel.

Basic service package
The event organizer provides exhibitors with the standard basic services package, which includes: a small booth (measuring 2 x 2 meters), rental of a space in the exhibition area, assistance with the set up and taking down of the booth, the ability to present at the conference, placement of the franchise’s logo on the event’s website, and free entry for two people to the conference (including the reception).

Exhibition booth, size extension and its equipment
Exhibitors will use a simple exhibition booth available in three sizes: small (2 x 2 meters), medium (3 x 2 meters) or large (4 x 2 meters). The walls are white with a smooth surface. The height of the back white wall of the booth is 2 meters. The height of the splitting wall is 1 meter. The end sides have a height of 2 meters. On the back wall of the booth, a logo/image can be placed. In the back of the booth you can place a roll-up with your advertising.
Those franchise brands interested in having a presentation booth can order a basic service package and can use additional services to attract more participants.
If the size of your booth is not enough, you can order a large (2 x 4 meters) or medium (2 x 3 meters) size booth. Booths in the hall will be arranged by order of when we receive the application from each franchise and the amount of room available.
In your booth, you can present multiple brands at once, or invite other exhibitors to share booths. You can also equip your booth with furniture, such as tables and chairs, stands for brochures, logos, and connectivity to power or Wi-Fi. We also provide you with a printed banner or logo.
Besides our exhibition services, we offer a wide range of advertising services that will give your brand more attention from FrAMchise Day 2010 participants and from the general public.

Advertising Banner Displayed in the Lobby or Food Court
To advertise to participants of FrAMchise Day 2010 outside of the main exhibition hall, such as in the foyer, at the registration booth, and at the hotel entrance, you can use a modern advertising medium: a telescopic vertical advertising banner, which is also called a roll-up. You can bring your own roll-up or we can have one printed for you (with 800 x 2000 millimeter dimensions).
Conference Badge Holder Advertising
Each visitor or exhibitor of FrAMchise Day 2010 can promote your brand. This is possible with your advertising placed in each plastic badge holder. Each visitor or exhibitor will receive a badge holder when they register and will become a walking advertisement of your brand. You can insert your printed advertisement into the badge holder unilaterally or bilaterally or we can print it for you. This way you can direct visitors to your booth, presentation, or website. If we receive the graphical elements, we can produce it for you.
Lanyard Advertising
You can make your name and logo more visible with lanyards, which hold the conference badge to your neck. On the neck of each visitor, your logo won’t be missed. It’s a walking advertisement for your company that will be seen throughout FrAMchise Day 2010. If we receive the graphical elements, we can produce it for you.
Banner Ads on web pages of FrAMchise Day 2010
Traffic on your website and the number of visitors at your booth can increase if you place a banner on the official website of FrAMchise Day 2010. You can choose the page on which you want to reach your target group. An advertising banner can have one of these three standard sizes: full banner, square button, or half banner. We will link your banner to your website. Animated banners are welcome.

Wwwcatalogue – Company and Franchise Profile
Let prospective applicants to the Czech market know who you are and how interesting your offer is. Visitors, exhibitors, and suppliers can learn about you on the web catalogue wwwCatalogue in Czech with a brief or detailed information profile, which describes your company and its franchise offer to the Czech market. If your company does not attend the FrAMchise Day 2010 personally, you can set up a virtual booth.
We can publish a brief profile of your franchise in the Czech language to the extent of one page (with text up to 2000 characters) on the web catalogue wwwCatalogue. This profile will be publicly accessible on the event website for a period of 12 months. A brief profile of brands is included in the standard basic services package.
We can also disclose more information with a detailed profile of your business and franchise in the Czech language. This detailed profile can be up to 5 pages (with text up to 10,000 characters) on the web catalogue wwwCatalogue. This online catalogue will be publicly accessible to download in .pdf format on the event website for 12 months.
Detailed company and franchise profile materials are automatically included in the press releases for journalists at the press conference. Handouts in English or Czech must be supplied at least 6 weeks before the event.

Advertisement at the Center Booth
We offer a conference service package of non-exhibitor conference services for franchise brands that want to be presented at FrAMchise Day 2010, but cannot do so in person. This allows you to address participants indirectly, through a virtual booth. We also allow you to exhibit 10 kilograms of marketing material (leaflets, brochures, etc.) at the central booth.
The Center Booth is situated at a central location in the exhibition hall and is staffed with our English-speaking hostess. She will provide participants with basic information about the brand, hand out materials, and put together a contact list of all interested visitors so we can send it to you.

NON-EXHIBITOR Package
If you cannot physically attend FrAMchise Day 2010, you can still reach its participants. We have prepared a separate booth where your brochures and leaflets (maximum of 10 kg materials/brand) will be offered to participants. After FrAMchise Day 2010, we will also send you a contact list of all the visitors that expressed interest in your brand during the show with their contact information.
For brands that wish to be presented at FrAMchise Day 2010 but cannot do so in person, we offer a NON-EXHIBITOR conference service package. This allows you to address participants indirectly through the "virtual booth", which is a detailed company profile in the online catalogue, and with up to 10 kg of marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, etc.) at the Central Booth. The Central Booth is situated at a central location in the exhibition space and is staffed with our English-speaking hostesses. They provide basic information about the brand, hand out materials, and put together Contact List of all interested visitors so we can send it to you.

Exhibitor reception
At the evening reception organized at the U.S. Ambassador’s Residence, you will have a chance to meet with key representatives of American and English businesses, bankers, politicians, and journalists.
You will also be able to informally meet with members of the Franchise Club, which brings together leading franchise brands operating in the Czech Republic, and other people interested in franchising.
Exhibitor press conference
The press conference for the upcoming event takes place at the e U.S. Ambassador’s Residence, Prague 6-Bubenec, Dr. Zikmunda Wintra 3 two weeks before the FrAMchise Day 2010. Exhibitors can submit their press materials that will be printed and handed over to journalists in the press kit.
